My name is Mike. I opened Hammer Kickboxing in Feb. 2007. After I moved to Sycamore, I found out there were no kickboxing schools to join in the area. A lot of people talk about wanting to join a school and learn. I deceided to train a couple people, then more people heard about it. That was the beginning of Hammer Kickboxing.

My experience is 7 years of Lapancha Chinya Martial Arts (including Weapons & American Kickboxing). 3 years of Muay Thai kickboxing. I fought in the ring for 6 years and did a couple point tournaments. I won the TBC Amature Cruiser weight title. 10 years experience all together. I am also a Personal Trainer and hold a Fitness Specialist certificate from PCDI.
